1 packet Dollee Assam Laksa 200g

2 can 555 Fried Sardines Tomato Sauce 155g / Alternatively will replace with 555 Sardines Hot and Spicy

1 packet Penang Laksa Rice Noodle (Twenty Twenty brand) 400g

1 can Pineapple Chunk Tiger King 565g

1 jar CKC Prawn Paste (Heh Koh)

Prep Time: 20 mins / Cook Time: 10 mins / Serves: 4 persons 

Ingredients:

1 packet Dollee Assam Laksa Paste

1 can of 555 Fried Sardines Tomato Sauce 155g/ Alternatively will replace with 555 Sardines Hot and Spicy

1 packet of Penang Laksa Rice Noodle 400g (Twenty Twenty brand)

1 can Pineapple Chunk Tiger King 565g

1 cucumber, peel off the skin, thinly slice into strips

1 spoon of Prawn Paste

1 red onion, thinly sliced

1000ml water

A handful of mint leaves

Calamansi lime (optional)

Instructions:

1. Boil a pot of hot water and blanch the noodles. Then rinse it under cold water and strain. Place one serving of noodles into a bowl.
2. Heat a pot of water and add 1 packet of Dollee Assam Laksa Paste and 1 can of Sardine, bring it to boil.
3. Pour the hot broth with sardine over the noodles.
4. Garnish with cucumbers, pineapples, mint leaves and onion.
5. Serve immediately with a spoonful of prawn paste and calamansi lime.
6. Enjoy!
