Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Please ensure you choose the product with care and suitable for your purpose as we will not accept returns for products received in good condition but unwanted or opened. If you are uncertain about a particular product of interest, please drop us an email.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. Please hold onto the product and its packaging and notify us immediately if the products arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval. After approval, damaged products including its packaging will need to be returned to Asian Grocer and we will replace it as soon as possible. Filing and cost of claims will be our responsibility.
Lost in Transit
Asian Grocer is responsible for lost parcels. Please notify us within 7 working days if you haven’t receive your parcel after getting your tracking number. Once the Parcel has been delivered by the Courier Company to your nominated address, we cannot accept responsibility for your parcel.
Upon agreement, refunds will take 3 to 5 working days to process and the funds will appear in the same account used to place your order (your original payment method). Please note, delivery fees are non-refundable.
