The website is live and available to receive orders 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Customer service is available Mon to Fri 8 am to 4 pm, excluding Public Holidays.
Ordering
Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Fee
Auckland Metropolitan: Free shipping for orders above $55 (up to 20kg)
North Island: Free shipping for orders above $90 (up to 10kg)
South Island: Free shipping for orders above $120 (up to 10kg)
Waiheke Island: Free shipping for orders above $200 (up to 20kg)
*Additional charges apply for orders over 20kg, orders with frozen items, and or orders shipped to rural areas.
Delivery
Every parcel is delivered by third party courier companies. We aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 7 working days. Orders with frozen and non-frozen items are delivered in separate parcels and may arrive on a different days.
Cancel Order
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line. However, once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
