MALAYSIAN CHICKEN RENDANG COMBO PACK
Combo Pack Includes:
1 pkt Rendang Paste Dollee 200g
1 can Coconut Milk AroyD 165ml
Prep Time: 15 mins / Cook Time: 20 mins / Serves: 4 to 6 persons
1 packet Dollee Rendang Paste
1kg boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into cubes (optional to beef or lamb)
100ml coconut milk
- Stir-fry 1 packet of Dollee Rendang Paste with chicken cubes for 10 minutes.
- Add 100ml water and let simmer with lid closed for 10 minutes on medium heat until the chicken is almost cooked or tender (add water if necessary if dish becomes too dry). Stir occasionally.
- Then add 100ml coconut milk stirring frequently for 5 minutes until the liquid has dried up. Optional to add 165ml to make the dish creamier.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
