Taro milk Tea with Boba Combo Pack

1 pkt Bubble Tea Mix Powder Taro 1kg

Prep Time: 5 mins / Cook Time: 40 mins / Serves: 4 drinks

Instructions:

1. How to cook Tapioca Pearl (Boba)

Start with 2 cups of boba, around 280g.

In a saucepan, bring 5 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Add in Boba and immediately stir gently until the boba begins to float to the top. Turn the heat down to medium and cook for 20 minutes, stir them often. Remove from heat, cover, and let them sit for another 15 minutes. Drain boba and transfer to a small bowl. Fully coated with sugar syrup or brown sugar to prevent boba from sticking together. Set aside for 5 minutes.

2. Make Taro milk tea.

Add in 3 spoons of Taro mix powder in a glass. Add in hot water and stir for dissolving. Add in cold water and ice cubes.

3. Serve with a wide environmentally friendly straw and enjoy!

Important tips for cooking Boba

• DO NOT wash or rinse boba before cooking.
• DO NOT add boba if the water does not boils yet.
• Boba can be very starchy and sticky if not using enough water. Therefore, you will need to observe the water level and stir occasionally.
• Boba is best served within 6 hours of making. Only cook as much as you will consume.
