  Not subtle .. truly rose tea!

  Rose tea in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is used to regulate qi, or life energy. TCM considers rose tea a potential remedy for:
  
  Stomach and digestive problems
  Fatigue and improving sleep
  Irritability and mood swings
  Menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms
  
  Modern studies support these claims, more research needed.
  I also sometimes use the rose tea with a piece of licorice bark and use it as a toner (small amount and refrigerate to make it last a couple of days).
